Over the past 10 years I launched and exited multiple businesses—from an adaptogen herbal blend company with over 500+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews, to an NFT Crypto DAO that grew from an initial $800 investment to over $130K valuation—until finally I ran a digital marketing agency that worked with celebrity clients, high-end venues, and executive coaches.
But each time I'd reach a new threshold of success, it felt like a performance. I burned out, my health suffered, and I questioned why I was doing any of it. Finally, I turned within.
