My name's Arc,
and I design and install enterprise architecture for founders who've built something real — and can't figure out why it still requires all of them to run.
Over the past decade I've launched and exited multiple businesses — an adaptogen herbal company with 500+ five-star reviews, a crypto DAO that grew from an $800 investment to a $130K valuation, and a digital marketing agency working with celebrity clients, high-end venues, and executive coaches.
Through all of it, the same pattern kept surfacing. Not just in my businesses — in every client I worked with.
Brilliant people with real bodies of work, but no operational architecture to carry them. Founders drowning in the back end of their businesses instead of doing the work they were actually great at. People who'd built impressive things that cost them everything to maintain.
And I was doing the exact same thing.

I'd spent years contorting myself.. doing work I didn't really love to pay for things that didn't really satisfy.
Running 50-hour weeks, managing employees who couldn't execute to standard, rebuilding half the work myself.
Health deteriorating. Constant stress. All in service of a model I'd borrowed from someone else.
The final straw was a chargeback from a dream client that broke the agency model. I shut everything down.
Only then did it become obvious that I'd been living a lie.

What I finally came to understand — and what I now believe is the most underdiagnosed problem in entrepreneurship:
Most of us have been taught to build a life around our business — not the other way around.
When I'd started all of this, I just wanted to help the people I admired have a greater impact with their work.
I believed then and I believe now that doing what you love — what you're genuinely obsessed with — is what you're designed for.
That each of us is encoded with specific temperaments, curiosities, talents, and ways of operating that are natural to us. And when the architecture of the business matches that design, everything compounds. When it doesn't, everything requires force.
But most of us aren't building from that kind of inner and outer congruence.
We're building from models that were handed to us — models built on the assumption that success requires sacrifice, that hard work is the mechanism, that you have to contort yourself to fit the market rather than building what's actually true to you.
None of that is necessary. And I spent a decade proving it the hard way before I could see the truth.
So now, what do I do?
I match the founders body of work, energy, and identity to the infrastructure that can actually hold it.
Which means starting with alignment — because everything proceeds from there.
Then bringing the outer form (the architecture of the brand and business) into congruence with the person underneath.
Because fundamentally, I believe your business is an extension of your own consciousness.
That alignment without architecture is incomplete.
That architecture without alignment is a hollow shell of what it could be.
And that you're likely a genius who has the capacity to contribute value to the world in a profound way..
If only someone could translate that genius into leveraged enterprise architecture that makes that exchange of value frictionless.
That's the heart of WHY I do what I do:
To empower you to do what you're here to do, what you always deep down most desired to do —
and make it nearly impossible to not be purposeful, impactful, and wildly profitable.

A few shoutouts from some of our favorite people.
I have done many business courses and I worked with business mentors privately but I have got much more from him than with all other business mentors combined.
He is a truly generous and knowledgeable mentor.

I thought I was stepping in to a container for business building. This mentorship space was SO much more. I want to say I'm not even the same person as when I got onboard this journey but I am, a wildly more authentic and wiser version.
There's just no one delivering the combination of skill and knowledge that he is.

My Philosophy
I build enterprise architecture for founders with deep bodies of work — so the business serves the life, not the other way around.
